1) Customers to submit request via OTRS or Email or by phone with 3 days notice to DC team
2) DC team will arrange the necessary to request the GSL(Building authorized) to turn on the lift to Level 3A
3) DC team will pre-register the customer on the Data Centre entry request form for customer to sign in/out
4) Customer will come to L8 to sign on the Data Centre request form prior entering the DC and DC team will lead the customer to Data Centre via Level 3A after that.
5) Customer to sign off the Data Centre entry request form once their activities completed.
